Loretta Wolff 2024, Vice President

Hi, I'm Loretta Wolff your dedicated Realtor Concierge serving the areas of NYC, Long Island, Westchester, the Hudson Valley, Sullivan, Pennsylvania and The Poconos, with a special combination of integrity and expertise.

My career has always been centered around helping others navigate major transactions, such as Residential & Commercial, with the highest level of service.

Having lived in Sullivan County most of my life, I've developed priceless connections with the local community & businesses, and have sat on the Sullivan County Board of Realtors for several years.

My commitment to my client goes beyond "just another transaction." I hold your hand, listen, advise, problem solve, and take action to ensure that you feel heard and supported.

When I'm not assisting clients or running my brokerage, I'm usually with my dog, Mushie, hosting professional photo shoots for local fundraisers, hiking, or deep sea fishing. Fishing keeps my laser focus skills on point.

With anything I do, I strive to be a positive communicator as well as someone you can rely on without sacrificing personalization. Whether you're selling, buying, investing, or simply looking to explore your options, you can count on me for expert advice every step of the way.

Joy Romano 2024, Secretary

Hi, I’m Joy Romano, the owner of Joy Romano Realty. Having spent most of my summers in Sullivan County, I decided in 2013 to leave the city’s hustle and bustle for the serene and peaceful countryside—and I haven’t looked back since. Sullivan County is a treasure trove of nature, culture, recreation, and business opportunities.

With over 25 years of experience in sales, community service, business negotiations, marketing, and design, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my real estate practice. I’ve had the privilege of studying with Daymond John from “Shark Tank” at the Daymond John Academy and partnering with Kevin Harrington, also from “Shark Tank.” Additionally, I am a safety expert and have been a martial arts instructor for over 30 years.

I am actively involved in the community, serving as the Secretary on the Sullivan County Board of Realtors and participating in the SCBR Public Relations and Realtor of the Year Committees. I am also a member of the Sullivan County Conservation Club.
Awards include; the 2003 National Leadership Award as Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council – National Congressional Committee, being honored during the 2003 National Business Woman’s Week by Senator Martin Golden, and receiving the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal Award in 2004.

As a broker who has successfully transitioned from city life to country living, my goal is to help others do the same and to showcase all that Sullivan County has to offer.
